Have you purchased in the U.S. and which company you have used and what has the feedback been?

Have you been able to access finance?

I am almost about to purchase a property either through

American Real Estate Investments

Or

Top Rental Returns,

however Top rental returns only offer property in Atlanta and their prices are a little higher than AREI. Have you had dealings with either of these companies?
