Hi,i'm new to this forum so i don't know if this the right place to start.I'm trying to find out if our property which we run a business from is possible or even worth while trying to lease and how would you go about it and how would you work out how a lease would work,ie a down payment and a monthly fee??as you see i have no idea,any help would be very much appreciated.:confused:
