Hello everyone,
I am new to these forums and was hoping someone may have an answer to my problem.
Over the last month or so, Domain.com has been randomly not loading property photo's in the buying section. A little blue box with a white question mark appears where the photos should be. Sometimes only one or two of the photos out of maybe five will load while the rest just have black with the loading gear thing spinning madly away.
It got so bad last week that it would not load any of the photo's! Now it is back to loading some and not others. It has become so temperamental that it might load photo's once and if I put them in my shortlist it wont load them again.
I checked to make sure my software (Flash, Quicktime) are up to date and I am at a loss. This could mean that I may potentially miss out on a property.
I am at my wits end. I sent their tech heads an email over two weeks ago and of course no answer Oh and to add insult to injury - Domains link to their contact info doesn't work (suprise, suprise) I knew I was asking too much to expect to talk to a human about this.
Has anyone had a similar problem and if so what did they do about it.
Any help or advice would be gratefully accepted.
