Agents commissions in Perth

I can't seem to find any information on agents commissions in and around the western suburbs in Perth. I don't really want to spend a lot of my time negotiating / arguing these fees with half a dozen different agents, but i'm beginning to think i have no option.

I am not sure if you mean house sales or rental management.
WRT sales I cannot help, but suspect negotiating is going to be the norm.

With negotiating Rental agents fees - I have found Perth rates are high with lots of add on fees. Compared with a property in Melb is 6%, has a 1 week let fee+GST (Landlord pays) and the only other fee is a annual report $20. I am working from memory but Perth % were 10%+ and lots of fee for all sorts of things.
(Happy to hear anyones comments on their rates).

Again I expect negotiation is the norm in Perth Rental management fees.
