I don't know if you can assist. We urgently require investors for the development of one of the few beach front properties left in Mackay. The developer is prepared to give investors the lion’s share of the profit on stage 1 so they can develop stage 2 and 3. With tight monetary restraints, especially on development properties they need to turn to private investors to complete the project.

Just wondering if anyone knows about leases in QLD. Im about to buy my first home but it's currently occupied and the tenet has 11 months to go on there 12 month lease. Can i break this lease or at least make it for only 6months instead of 12?
