Off the plan deal WA

I'm looking for someone interested in purchasing a property at a $10-15k discount (negotiable) on today's prices, for an off the plan purchase. I'm developing a triplex in Balga, WA, and require a down payment for the builder. I'm picking up the plans this coming week, then negotiating with builders in the coming weeks, and plan to begin building sometime in June or July, with houses expected to be finished late this year or early next year.
