Property investment Membership sites

Hi There,
I'm new to Aussie Property Forums.
I am wondering if anyone out there knows of any property invesment membership sites in Australia where one can be coached online via eclass on the ins and outs of property investment/development.
I'm also wondering how many of you would be interested in such a site where there is step by step advice on how to go about investing.
Love to hear your feedback.

Had a quick look at the TIC site, looks very interesting, but i gather it is free to join, how then do they make money to support running the club?
Are you a member of the club?
I have property already, but am thinking of maybe another, already have some ideas, but am thinking a slightly different strategy for my possible next purchase, but need advice. There is a likelyhood I wont purchase further (because of my age - hence the diff strategy)
Have you used them to purchase in the past and finally can you just be a member without purchasing property?

Buying and selling property for a profit used to be easy. Look for the good experts in property valuation. It might be helpful in future cash flows. Step by step guide to purchasing a property will help you in long run.

We have had a renovation business for 14 years and now want to do it for ourselves.

You can search for a real estate site some of them offers property investing but make sure which real estate investment you are after. Is it commercial or residential investment
You can learn a lot in this forum.

I’ve produced a step-by-step book on property development that may be of interest.

The book is jammed packed with all the processes, tools & information you need to successfully complete a development. It’s also applicable to property investing, showing you how to define your property goals then find a property that fits your needs.

My background is over 25 years in residential, commercial & industrial development so this is coming from a solid foundation with major credibility.It has a lot of models in it that we regularly use on live projects, that I’m sure you’ll find awesome!!!

Other than this there are some excellent property investment & development resources out there, the key is choosing something that is right one for you. Best to work out the specific area of property that you would like to get involved in then find someone that has core strengths that fit with your needs. To check core strengths I recommend having a look at their background, experiences & qualifications.

Recommend keeping up with these forums, as there are many people with excellent experiences along with some big property industry hitters that contribute to them. So you’re on the right path.
