Where will the next Real Estate "Hot Spot" be?

First the trend was in Florida, now it is in the Carolina's, especially Charlotte. I have heard that Albany, NY and Wilmington, DE are next. Any thoughts?

Yeah definitely agree with Joe. This is an Australian Real estate forum so If you are trying to get some information on which country is the next real estate hot spot I guess this is not the right place.
