Has anyone done the roof insulation of their IP in NSW recently?

I was under the impression Krud/Garret had kyboshed the scheme, but seems I was wrong.

I own a 1940's built ex-Housing Commision fibro home, cold in winter, tenant asked me,

would add value to property, especially if it costs me nix

these places were all built the same, but by tradesmen with good quality timber, this place will still be standing when it is 100 yr old

any advice/suggestions welcome

Your property is so old. I suggest to you that before living their you have to make renovation of that house. If there was problem in house roof it was too risky to go their to leave theirs.
