ALAN KOHLER, PRESENTER: The least affordable houses in the world are on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, where the median price is 9.6 times average income. Second is Honolulu, then the Gold Coast in Australia, then Vancouver and Sydney.
Seven of the top 15 least affordable cities are in Australia.
