I am a solicitor with extensive conveyancing experience. I have put together a fantastic package. Currently it revolves around sales of property in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney (and some northern) but it can work in any area of Sydney. In short and without going into detail, if a vendor approaches me before they appoint a real estate agent, their conveyancing could potentially be free to them. I must point out that I am not taking on the role as an agent (as stated above - I am a Solicitor), but the Vendor must approach me before they approach an agent. Can anyone suggest how I can find these Vendor's before a real estate agent does? The idea is great. Conveyancing at no cost to them. Please help.
