It's amazing how so many people make post without evenn trying to make friends.
I though that forums were suppose to be for networking and sharing ideas in the first place.

I'm out of property at the moment but looking forward to jumping back in when I'm back in Australia.

Hi Guys,
Some help needed.
Iam looking at some properties arund Blacktown in NSW. The property iam looking at has a pergola in the backyard and its not in the plan. and also its fitted with a rain water collecting pipe and its not connected to any drainage systeml its just hangs from teh pergola.
What are the impllicationd for me as a buyer?/
