am i the only one that gets it? as i drive around i see hundreds of instances of wasted marketing dollars in real estate. are people so stupid? are agents also so stupid, or out of ideas?
so i ask you....; how many times have you seen a 1m x 1m glossy, expensive picture of a property, picketed right outside the property being advertised??!! what? id rather see a smaller picture than look at the real thing??!! how mind bogglingly stupid!!
if an agent ever suggests you spend some marketing dollars on this scam, run the other way!!!!
