Question now all mortgage funds, not just the high risk/high return operators, have closed for business is who will fund property deals?
Answer is the 'big four' and that will be bad for the developer.
Where else will the cash come from? People's thoughts on this - especially if anyone has some 'war stories' from the last few months?
