I try to have a different bank / lender for each mortgage. That way the bank does not have a control on more than 1 property. Need to be aware that if all your properties are with one bank, and you lose you ability to manage payments to an extent that the bank needs to sell you up, they could (and probably will) sell your asset with the most equity to cover the loan amount. That in theory could be your PPOR and not necessarily your investment.
